Week of 11/26/2006: It has been so warm that you can see sprigs of green grass growing on the dam.  Week of 10/08/2006: Almost to the bottom of the spillway outlet pipe.  Week of 10/08/2006: Standing at the area of the soillway outlet looking back up the west side of the dam.
